Open up Terminal (Applications/Utilities/Terminal). Double click on the installer package and follow the step-by-step instructions on installing the software. This step should be relatively self explanatory. Come back when you learn to use a computer. If you can't figure this part out, stop here. But hey, if you already have either of these things, then why do you need XAMPP?
